I'm a nice, usefully creative guy experienced in product ideation, design, and management; leading support organizations large and small; and lots besides. I'm from New Orleans and live in San Francisco.

I try hard to write as well as I can about a variety of subjects.

I also take photographs, #SMH at all of us on Facebook and Twitter, and update my résumé from time to time.
